I have had my Brayer for a while now but really had no idea how to use it properly. I pulled it out again today to give it another whirl but still could not get the results I wanted. But what is a girl to do but go to You Tube! I came across this great You Tube video by Sara Sandberg showing how to do it right.
Below is my before and after attempts at using my brayer

Guess what I am going to be doing the next couple of day

Friday just gone I held a Stamp ‘n’ Stack at my place. We had a great night with 7 attendees and lots of noise. Lots of fun, chatter and card making was achieved
Below is the two different cards we made (5 of each). Quite simple ones this time. I was really excited to use the two new stamps sets from the mini catalogue, Pony Party and Fox & Friends.
It is not so easy to see but the pony has dazzling diamonds on her hoofs and through her tail & mane.

My next card class is a Technique Class were I will be teaching how to make pop out cards.

How Exciting!
Colour changes to the SU palette will begin when our new Catalogue / Idea Book comes in (approx September).
Stampin’ Up have done extensive research on what people want.
Less colours and more modern colours was the outstanding theme and Stampin’ Up! has delivered.

Retiring Colours

I will reveal more info about the Stampin’ Up! Colour Renovation prior to the release of the 2010-2011 Idea & Catalogue Book
Happy Crafting.

It is finally here. This by far is my favourite mini catalogue. It is awesome.

Finally Stampin Up! Australia is selling the ‘Big Shot’ The Big Shot just opens up so more opportunities to give your cards that WOW factor.
I love my Big Shot.

The other item that has me all excited is Stampin Up! clear mount stamps. This to me is the perfect blend of the great quality stamp but with such a better storage solution.

P.S this is my second entry today so be sure to scroll down to see my earlier entry.

The card below I cased from splitcoast stampers (sorry not sure the name of the creater), as soon as I saw this I knew I had to make my own version of it.

It is almost 1 month since my last entry. Have been quite busy with finalising the invitations for Nick & Megans wedding and preparing for my card classes.
Have 5 cards to show you today that I have been making.
Damn, for some reason I am not able to transfer my picture files to this blog. Being totally computer imcompetent I will have to wait until Rob gets home to work it out for me:-)
